Frank Munro President - Founder

In 1989 with experience as a general contractor and master carpenter, Frank established Seascape Development. In an area steeped in historical significance, Frank noted a need for firms that could exceed expectations in the commercial & residential arena while having the expertise to respectfully address the needs of historical preservation and restoration.

Seascape broadened its repertoire by gaining expertise in energy efficient “green” building techniques. This is reflected by Frank’s membership in the Rhode Island Chapter of the United States Green Building Council. Additionally, Frank is a member of the Rhode Island Builder’s association and Portsmouth Rhode Island Design Review Board.
